Drop Shipments

1. Drop shipment means issuance of a purchase order to us by a reseller whereby the order is shipped directly to the customer and billed to the reseller (reseller does not need to keep our books in stock).
2. You can add our books to your website and when your customer orders you can forward it to us or submit it thru the shopping cart, we can ship them directly to your customer.

Online Wholesale Order Notes

1. You can place your order online as normal and enter the corresponding coupon code to your purchase amount to redeem the discount.
2. S&H may need to be adjusted after shipping your order based on the # of boxes in the shipment (which is not calculated online).
3. You must mention in the special instructions that this is for resale and provide proof of your business.
4. After shipping the order we will finalize the invoice and send you a copy.
5. If needed, additional amount will then be charged or refunded if extra.

* Discount Categories

1. Books received by Air from KSA will be given less discount due to the high costs involved in shipment.
2. Selected Books & Items of other publishers will be given a maximum of 15% discount.

Payment Information

1. All orders must be prepaid
2. To expedite your order, pay by money order, cashier's check, or company check. You can place the order online and select the 'Check' payment option. We will prepare your invoice and email it to you. Once your payment is received we will then ship your order.
3. Payment by COD is accepted with the charge of $8.00 per box.
4. Payment by Credit Card can be accepted but an additional 2.75% fee will be charged.
5. Payment by Electronic Debit (eCheck - Electronic Check, ACH) is prefered over credit card payment as the fee charged is 1.75%. For eCheck you just provide bank account #, routing # and your bank account will be securely debited... no need to mail the check.
6. You can also pay shipping charges direct to your UPS Account by providing us with your account #. Only handling charges will be charged @ $5.00 per package.

Note: Since most of our shipments are arriving from Saudi Arabia by air, we cannot afford to offer higher discount rates to our wholesale customers. Therefore, above rates are being adopted instead of raising our existing low prices.
