All prices listed are in US Dollars. We accept the following payment methods thru 128-bit high security:

Debit card, American Express, Visa, Master Card, PayPal and mail-in Check/Money Orders.
Dar-us-Salam is PayPal Verified member.

Shipping

Orders are usually dispatched same day if placed by 10:30 AM US Central Time on business days. Orders placed after 10:30 AM will ship the next business day. If an order is urgent, you can call/email us and we will see if we can process it same day. FedEx/UPS only operate Monday-Friday while USPS Postal Service also operates on Saturday.

If for some reason any item goes out of stock, we will contact you with the option to swap with a similar item, remove the item from your order or hold your order until the item is available.

When ordering you will have the option to select the desired shipping method. We ship through FedEx (Federal Express) and USPS (United States Postal Service) within USA and throughout most of the world. UPS (United Parcel Service) service is only available on demand and we don't have regular pickups.

SHIPPING NOTES
We recommend getting shipping insurance as we will not be responsible for damage or loss once the package leaves our facility. Visit Domestic US Shipping Insurance or International Shipping Insurance page. Orders over $75 are highly recommended to be shipped by FedEx for safety (if option available). FedEx does not deliver to a PO Box address, therefore please provide a physical address if ordering by FedEx. Below are the sizes for Priority Flat Rate options. Anything larger will not fit. Priority Envelope: 12" x 9" (30x23 cm), Priority Box: 11x8x5" or 13x12x3" Priority Box Large: 12x12x6". Speed Count is in Business Days (Monday-Friday) and starts after order is shipped. Actual time depends on the destination. These are approximates and we cannot guarantee timely delivery except thru FedEx. International orders may take longer to some countries than time listed. To find the shipping rates before checkout add the products you need to the cart. There is a table on the bottom of Shopping Cart page which has the link "Find the Shipping Rates". Click on the link and enter the requested information and click update. It will show you all the available methods that your order can be shipped. You can do this any time during your shopping.

Returns Policy

Dar-us-Salam Publications guarantees your satisfaction. If you dislike the contents of a product you may return it within 15 days of receipt in the original condition for a full refund less S&H. A 10% restocking fee will be assessed on all non-defective returns.

All CD/software products are non-refundable once opened, unless damaged or defective, in which case the item will be exchanged. Dar-us-Salam is not responsible for the non-compatibility of software with the customer's computer system.

Damaged Orders

Dar-us-Salam always ships quality products that are new and in good condition (unless otherwise noted). However, in the unfortunate event that the product is received damaged or broken, we will work with you to file a claim with our insurer. Please keep all documentation including packing box and goods with you until further notified by our representative. If Insurance was not taken, we can still exchange the product but with partial credit for it. Insurance options can be found on the Services page.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before we ship the items. Once the items are shipped, order cannot be cancelled. For cancellations call or e-mail us with your Order number.
