All prices listed are in US Dollars. We accept the following payment methods thru 128-bit high security:

Debit card, American Express, Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, eCheck* and mail-in Check/Money Orders. Dar-us-Salam is PayPal Verified member.

*We now accept payments by Electronic Debit (eCheck - Electronic Check, ACH).
Just provide all the check info and your bank account will be securely debited... no need to mail the check.

Shipping

Orders are usually dispatched within one to two working days. We shall let you know if an item is out of stock, with the option to swap with a similar item, remove the item from your order or hold your order until the item is available.

When ordering you will have the option to select the desired shipping method. We ship through UPS (United Parcel Serivce) and USPS (United States Postal Service) within USA and throughout most of the world.

SHIPPING NOTES
Orders are usually processed & shipped within 1-2 business days. *Speed Count are in Business Days (Monday-Friday) - Time starts after order is shipped. Actual time depends on the destination. Heavy orders or orders over $75 are recommended to be shipped by UPS. UPS does not delever to a PO Box address, therefore please provide a physical address if ordering by UPS. International orders may take longer to some countries than time listed.

To find the shipping rates before checkout add the products you need to the cart. There is a table on the bottom of Shopping Cart page which has the link "Find the Shipping Rates". Click on the link and enter the requested information and click update. It will show you all the available methods that your order can be shipped. You can do this any time during your shopping.

Returns Policy

Dar-us-Salam Publications guarantees that you will receive quality products that are new and in good condition (unless otherwise noted). Dar-us-Salam backs all of its products with a 15 day money-back guarantee, subject to terms conditions outlined below.

We want you to be totally satisfied with every purchase you make from us. If you are not pleased with your purchase for any reason, simply return it to us within 15 days of receipt in its original packaging and condition, and we will refund the cost of the goods. We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.

Items that are found to be broken and/or defective upon delivery or initial use will be exchanged for the same product/s at no cost to the customer.

Software

All software products are nonrefundable once opened, unless damaged or defective, in which case the software will be exchanged for the exact same product/s. Dar-us-Salam is not responsible for the non-compatibility of software with the customer's computer system.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before we ship the items. Once the items are shipped, order cannot be cancelled. For cancellations call or e-mail us with your Order number.
